Geoff Page is poet, novelist, teacher and cultural historian. Born in Grafton on the lower North Coast of NSW, Page was educated at The Armidale School and at the University of New England.

In the past decade he has read or talked on Australian poetry in Europe, America and China. His love and knowledge of jazz is evident in the meticulous manner in which he has researched his books.
