Cheronne Davis has spend most of her married life on the land. She and her husband managed a sheep and ccattle station near Condobolin for many years and then brought their own property near mailla in 1980. In 1997 Cheronne published a children's book The Adventures of Hoppy and Speedy and has mostly concentrated on writing comic verse for the past few years. She has retired to Armidale and now in her seventies still enjoys writing and playing competition tennis. Pam Menzies Born on the Rock of Gibralter with 7 siblings, pam notes there was nevera shortage of coloured felt pens and paper. After studying Nursing and marrying Bruce, she and Bruce worked as Doctor and Nurse in Barbados, Canada and New Guinea. pam drew murals wherever she went and sinxce being in Armidale pam has enjoyed producing shows in schools aand hospitals. having brought up children, pam has no doubt that laughter is the best medicine. |
